And the first cucumber sprouted has a new kind of leaf ... one that looks MUCH more like the ones I associate with squash type veggie plants:
I'd say I've got some pretty happy plants! When they're about 5-6" high, I'll risk transplanting them & moving them into full sun. Where they can grow even more, get rainfall easier, and have access to bugs to pollinate them!

Think of all the seeds you can start come spring! Ohhhhhhh....now I'm really excited! :-)
I was going to start a veggie garden this year, but never got to it... glad your little sprouts are doing so well!
