When my cousin came to visit last week, we spent some time at the local street fair (see Elephant Ear Delight below), and we got our hairs braided. I love having braided hair. Note that I love having it braided FOR me. When I do it myself, it is lopsided. No, this is not an issue with practice, it's just that I need to SEE it...and not in a mirror, that's a whole 'nother disaster altogether. *grin* I wish I had the dexterous fingers and that inner minds' eye to do things without looking at them. I'm not so good at that blindfolded drawing skill used in Cranium, either.

Thanks for visiting my blog today:O)
Oh, I love to braid someone else's hair.....and a good French braid is hard to come by.
Very pretty, indeed!
Very fun!
I love the braiding. I can't braid my own to save my life. It hurts having my arms up that long so it ends up a mess. Now it isn't long enough!!
That is one great braid job! I french braid my DGD's hair all the time. Love it! No street festivals here in FL...the heat is 96!! yikes. Oh-fyi-I'm into short hair, as indicated by the FL temps!
I love the braids! It looks like you had fun.
And a nice braid it tis...
very nice braids!
Wish I can do braids but alas mom of boys is way out of practice! LOL! OH! Finally got to do that "Random" tag :0)
Ooh!!! Love your new banner! How do you get those? I joined the book club. I can't wait to familiarize myself with the site. Look forward to seeing you over there. Enjoy the weekend!
*nodding*
VERY nice new banner top thingy.
Well done!
I love braids too.
Reminds me of when I was little and I would beg my sister to french braid my hair. I loved it because she would do it really tight and I could play all day long and never have my hair in my eyes. Yours look great!
