Museum of Modern Ice
As a lover of winter, I just had to check out the Museum of Modern Ice, before it's gone at the end of the month. It's situated in Chicago's Millennium Park, just east of "Cloud Gate" (aka "The Bean). As sunlight strikes it, even the refrigeration system can't prevent it from becoming a work-in-progress. It consists of several huge panels, double sided, with colored ice sheets, in a variety of shapes and sizes, cut at different angles. I tried to get lots of different pictures so you can get a feel for it. It was, quite literally, COOL.
