An Army of Tiny Gingerbread Men
We now have an ARMY of teeny, tiny ginger- bread men. These little guys are slightly less than 2 inches tall. We spent almost 2 hours tonight making the dough, rolling it out, cutting them, and Ken put on tiny eyes ... black sugar I absconded from our Halloween sprinkles. It was work, but I think it was worth it. The only drawback was the leftover dough hardened up too fast to be re-rolled...it took us too long to cut out so many little people! We had so much fun doing it, we'll be repeating the process with sugar cookie dough before Cookie Day, so we have plenty of time to frost tiny trees, candy canes, angels, and other fun tiny shapes.
