This was fun & brought back memories of making stockings with my mom. I now wish I had my childhood stocking & will have to remember to ask my parents for it so I'll have it for next year. Our glamorous store-bought stockings are lovely ... but just not the same as the red-and-white fake fur ones from days gone by.

Stockings are hung by the chimney with care ... or propped up on a table, if there's no chimney to spare.
